Well it is storming like a bugger here and we have a day off school so it gives me a chance to sit and blog early. Not to mention i have a great, make that wonderful babysitter that will take the baby even when i'm home..lol.
So Howard has been tweeting all over town about various interesting things going on such as having to have a dump in a public restroom and deciding to divorce Facebook. Can you imagine Howard, the ultimate germaphobe, trying to have a shit in public? I wonder what song he had to sing to distract him? Too funny. Divorcing Facebook? I cant find Howard on facebook and always assumed he kept it private. Any one else ever find him on there? I still think he will need a private place for just his inner circle...but what do i know? I do know that since Howard joined Twitter stock at Sirius XM has gone up 8% Good news for Sirius thats for sure. Once again proving that Howard is single handedly carrying the whole operation!
I'm mad i can't get Howard on my Blackberry Torch...whats up with that?... Im going to listen to the show later and be back with comments!

Pters on Howard and orher things...
Happy Monday! Man, i wish i could post my blogs earlier.But i guess it's early somewhere...
So the gang had a lot to chat about this morning...Howard seems to like the twitter [i still give him 2 weeks] but as i predicted, he hates the haters. Glad he can block them. I think he thought he did well on Letterman. Robin was certainly all praise. He focuses way to much on his appearance...i mean he is truly the only one that finds his appearance offensive. He has a great look and i think Ralph did a great job. He is 57 and has never had any work so of course he's going to look older...but he is sexy as hell and has the most beautiful eyes...sigh...oh sorry i just had a Jeanette moment!
I thought Piers was great. He was a bit too rambunctious at the start with all the trash talk, i really dont think Howard could tell if he was joking or not! I think they have an interesting and fun dynamic and i liked the whole interview. I bet Howard will go back on soon...
Funny Richard calls today! "Is this Jesse?" lol i was laughing out loud! Some job eh? i wish i could make prank phone calls all day...ah well prob not as easy as it sounds.
Well im waiting for him to have the Kardashians in...you know its gotta happen...

Howard on Twitter
Hello fellow Sterners! Well Howard has been on Twitter for a couple of days and his account is blowing up with followers. From his tweets he seems to be getting more comfortable with the technology and really aren't we all a little bit happier knowing what Walter actually looks like?. I assume Beth okayed his twitpics of her before hand..lol.What a beauty! Man she is a really beautiful woman. She seems nice as well which makes her all the more likeable in my opinion. I mean if she was a bitch then i'd just be jealous....
. Anyway i think Howard will soon start to get stressed out with the fast pace of Twitter and burn out quick. Can you imagine the comments he's getting? Not to mention the instant portal of criticism he instantly opened up.People out there would follow him just to be nasty and he gets so riled up by negative criticism his head will probably blow off!
In my opinion i think he should have started with a secret twitter, just like his facebook. That way he could have eased into it, Howard needs to ease into things! The talk tomorrow should be hilarious!
Speaking of twitter, JD responded to one of my tweets and i was stoked! lol
What is up with Sal? His tweets are CRAZY! I can't believe some of the things he writes...
So tomorrow Howard will have to recap Letterman and the weekend and the twitter And the SuperBowl. Wonder if they will run long?
Back tomorrow with some more thoughts!

Howard on Letterman
So who else thought Howard was the fucking bomb on Letterman last night? I thought at first he looked very nervous when he first came out. As we all know he dreaded going so i was curious to see if he would actually get to plug his app this time. He did get it in there but who noticed between the hilarious exchange between him and Paul and the just as hilarious way Dave reacted to the whole thing. Man..great TV.
I thought Howard looked great and love that he's taking his glasses off more. It does make him look more his age but he seems more open.I almost choked when Dave called Kelsey Grammer "Chelsea"....that whole unscripted exchange is what makes late night TV great.
For the avid Howard watcher these interviews can often include stories we are quite familiar with [he always tells the same story about his father] but the off the cuff stuff is the best. I had recorded it to watch with my husband and we both felt like we were watching a friend...lol
Any thoughts on Howards appearances? Funny to see the B tattooed on his ring finger...he just talked about that not long ago.

Well Hello and thank you for visiting my blog about all things Howard Stern. First of all i want to say i'm not a wack packer, and i don't have a lower intelligence then Wendy [God love her]. i am a Teacher, wife and mother of 3 children.I pay my bills and think i'm relatively normal,most of the time! My big secret is that I love Howard Stern. I call it my secret because if I mention this love for all things Howard I usually get that "You listen to Howard Stern?" question and the look that makes me think i've just lost a few morality points with said person. The subject has to be broached carefully, after you get to know someone. Don't make the mistake of yentaing it up after a first meeting. The person will surly think your mad and never want to talk to you again. Trust me it's happened! People are crazy...when you mention his name to some people they immediately wrinkle their nose and get all offended and say stuff like "He's the Anti-Christ! He's a Monster! He's what's wrong with the world today!" Meanwhile these same people have never actually listened to him, or know anything about him or the show. My response is always the same.."Listen to his show for a week straight..you'll never listen to anything else."
It's great when you run into a fellow Sterner that get's it. My husband loves the show as well so its always great conversation! A couple of my co workers also listen and its fun to laugh about the days events. [hiding in the broom closet of course]
I wanted to start this blog for a couple of different reasons. First I notice not many women contribute to the show ..in terms of call ins. Robin has a lot of pressure being the only female voice in that totally male testosterone driven room. Lisa is not around all the time...Robin has her hands full! So i'm giving another female view of the show. A view from an average woman that loves spending my breaks listening to Howard and his madness. I want to give another female perspective on what i'm hearing.
I also wanted a place to just vent about certain things i don't like about the show...such as the lost hour...everything seems so rushed now! And other things that i would change if i was in charge! [well under Howard!]
Actually i have always wanted to start a blog but nothing really felt right but i may have found my niche! I hope you subscribe and enjoy my view of a show we love!
